Refund Policy of Premier Boutique UK

 

Our goal is to have a non-complicated process for a good customer experience from the beginning to end of all your purchases.

 

To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, exceptions may apply in case of the wrong size, or the product has defects.

 

After we receive your item, we will check it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, contact us to discuss your situation, we understand that each case is different.

 

If you purchase an item with one of our partners their refund policy, the customer support applies and not Premier Boutique UK

If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

 

Free returns only apply if the mistake was caused by us,

i.e. we dispatched the wrong item or product whit defects.

Following all others returns or exchanges you will need to pay the return fee of the item.

 

In regards of products from our affiliates, Amazon or eBay, their returns TOS applies.
